Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is money from the NDIS to help people with disability live in a home that meets their specific needs. It pays for specialist housing that is designed or modified to support people with very high support needs.

Individualised Living Options

Individualised Living Options (ILO) is money from the NDIS to help you live in a way that suits your needs and preferences. It supports flexible living arrangements with the help of support workers, family, or friends.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) is money from the NDIS to help people with disability find a place to live for a short time. This funding is for situations when you need temporary housing, usually up to 6 months.

Respite

Respite Funding under the NDIS helps provide short-term accommodation and support for people with disabilities and their families. This is also known as Short Term Accommodation (STA). It gives carers a break while ensuring that the person with a disability receives the support they need.
