  • Support Services: Getting help from support workers during your stay.
  • Activities: Taking part in fun activities and social experiences while being supported.

Respite Funding is available for people who:

  • Need a break from their usual living situation.
  • Require care and support during short stays away from home.
  • Have a family member or carer who needs a break from caregiving. available day and night.
  • Long-term accommodation costs (this is separate funding).
  • Daily support outside of the respite stay.
  • Any personal expenses, like meals or entertainment outside the accommodation.
  • Your NDIS Plan: Respite funding should be included in your NDIS plan if you qualify.
  • Finding Accommodation: You can choose a respite service or facility that suits your needs.
  • Booking a Stay: Arrange with the service provider for the dates and support you will need during your stay.
